Quill

Quill is the OWL2-QL reasoner from Aberdeen University. It is developed as a component of the TrOWL ontology reasoning infrastructure. It is currently available as a component of the TrOWL ontology reasoning infrastructure, but can also be used as a stand alone reasoner for RDF-DL and OWL2-QL ontologies.
